Starting with the helpfulness and kindness of Angelica and continuing with that of her companion Rosario who,before we even entered the accommodation, was so thoughtful as to offer us his help, we can feel very satisfied. Unfortunately we only stayed one night but we would have liked to enjoy it more as it was like feeling at home. Clean, super cozy and well-kept rooms, good finishes, room with all necessary amenities and kit. The shared kitchen is stocked with everything, so much so that we enjoyed herbal teas and snacks as if we were at home. In addition, I personally really appreciated the presence of the hair dryer with the appropriate diffuser ,as being curly, I always had to bring everything from home. Also great is the idea of personalized Pins for each room. It is evident the investment they have made. The neighborhood doesn't blow me away for my personal taste, but practically 5 min from the metro stop. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Weekend as a couple - very nice room with small balcony - subway less than 300 m for access to the center of Rome in 10-15 minutes - communication with Angelica through the app, who responds very quickly and is very helpful, thank you - apartment and room with independent access, very convenient. We had a great stay.

Very cozy facility, new in decor and the structure itself very cozy. The location of the apartment optimal, within a 5 minute walk to metro A colli albani. Also the reception was great, welcomed me and made me feel at ease immediately. highly recommended

Excellent Staff, cleanliness, services and overall quality of the facility. I emphasize the availability of the owner who despite me unannounced late check-in was present and took care to explain to me all the services of the facility as well as show me the room assigned to me in person making sure that everything was in order and as expected, a rarity in this period. Clean and well appointed room. The friendliness and helpfulness of Rosario and Angelica are truly to be appreciated and mentioned. The facility is easily accessible by public transportation. We are very satisfied with our choice! We will definitely stay there again!
